Maria Bartiromo - the American television journalist and broadcaster who was the first to broadcast direct from the New York Stock Exchange - is well-known for a number of her highly successful shows. A veteran broadcaster with over 20 years experience of reporting on business and the economics, she was instrumental in making CNBC to become one of the most popular channels for business and the economy. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actor in film television and on stage since the latter part of 1970. She is a talented thespian who has been performing professionally for the last 27 years. She began her career in 1990 in an off Broadway production called The Big Funk, by John Patrick Shanley. The Perfect Tribute was her first TV appearance one year later. She was enlisted as a supporting character in Basic Instinct. This marked the beginning of her impressive profession. The Firm is where she made her debut as the female lead alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. Through the 1990s she collaborated with some of the biggest names in the field, such as Gwyneth Paltrow on Sliding Doors Hugh Grant in Mickey Blue Eyes and Julie Andrews in Relative Values.
